Valparaiso University Men's Golf Program Announces 2025-2026 Schedule
The men's golf team at Valparaiso University has revealed its schedule for the 2025-2026 season, comprising 11 tournaments?four in the fall and seven in the spring, culminating in the Missouri Valley Conference Championship from April 26-28 at Annbriar Golf Club in Waterloo, Iowa. Head coach Dave Gring expressed enthusiasm about the team's readiness after a productive summer filled with various competitions. The season kicks off in Browns Summit, N.C., at the Bryan National Collegiate, followed by the Badger Invitational in Wisconsin and the Bayou City Collegiate Classic in Houston, both marking new experiences for the team. The fall will conclude with the Purdue Fall Invitational in West Lafayette, a return for the Beacons since 2012. The spring season features several new tournaments, including the Lake Jovita Invitational and the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate. Gring noted that this year's schedule is particularly challenging, with many tournaments being first-time events for the team. Valparaiso aims to build on its recent successes and continue improving as they compete against strong teams across the country.
